Palestine Temple #18 sponsors or has sponsored various community activities such as: Ronald McDonald House, Child Advocacy Center, Christmas in July, Easter Egg Hunts, Youth Mentoring (SAMs), Community Health Kickball Tournament, Christmas Parties, Thanksgiving and Christmas Basket Giveaways, Youth and Trade School Scholarships, Voter Registration Drives, NAACP, Mardi Gras, Charity Balls, Church Visitation, and Community Outreach. We also donate thousands of hours annually to various charitable organizations.

The Temple meets on the 3rd Monday of then month at 7pm. The meetings
are held at 164 New Shiloh Ave. Mobile, AL 36607.

The primary requirement to become a Shriner is that you are or have been a Prince Hall Master Mason owing obedience to a Symbolic Grand Lodge of Prince Hall Freemasons, which
trace their lineage to African Lodge No. 459.
​

Fees
Background Check - $19.95

Application - $100 (non-refundable)

Creation (initiation) - $400
​
Fez - $225 (prices may very)
​
Temple Polo - $40
​
Yearly Dues - $300 (payable by December 31st of creation year for the following year)
